Western States Oil (Asia) Ltd. Has been operating and marketing in China since 1994. We were one of the first US. domestic lubricant distributors to open an office in the Middle Kingdom and do direct sales to manufacturers and distributors. We operate 3 warehouses conveniently located throughout the booming eastern coast, from Guangzhou in the south, Shanghai in the middle, and Dalian in the north.

If you are a lubricant supplier/manufacturer and your customers are moving to China, you have been losing business. Western States Oil (Asia) has a program designed for you to continue selling your customers.

We have three different programs available to you:
1. Warehousing- safe and reliable warehousing, with in and out services for you. We can also arrange the shipping to your customers.
2. Our International Buy-Back program allows you to service your customers in China through our warehouse and distribution system. We buy your product in the USA, warehouse and ship to your customers, and you buy-back the oil from us with a fee for the service.
3. Distribution. Let us do all the work. We will buy the product in the USA, and deliver to your accounts, by accepting the local currency
